UNION Live At The Galaxy Club
Mausoleum 251043 (2005)

Union's main selling points are ex Kiss guitarist Bruce Kulick and ex Motley Crue/ Scream singer John Corabi. However, this live CD, recorded whilst touring their debut self titled album, sounds like neither act.

The music leans to the heavier side of things. The stand out tracks here are a cover of Cheap Tricks “Surrender”, Motley Crues “Power to the Music” and The Screams “Man in The Moon”. There are 3 bonus tracks, all acoustic studio recordings, including a cover of The Beatles “You’ve go to hide your love away”.

John Corabi has since played with Ratt and Bruce Kulick with Grand Funk Railroad, however, they are currently on tour in the UK.

***** Out of this world | **** Pretty damn fine |
*** OK, approach with caution unless you are a fan |
** Instant bargain bin fodder | * Ugly. Just ugly
