SUNSHINE ‘Victimisanothernameforlover’
Custard (2005)

Sunshine have been around since 1994 and this single - a brash mix of electro beats, punk riffing and catchy-as-hell vocals - could well see the band gaining some singles chart success. Four tracks on the single, with three tracks being various versions of the single plus ‘What You’ve Got’ which is not bad but no classic. Certainly different from many bands out there and a catchy song to boot.

***½

***** Out of this world | **** Pretty damn fine |
*** OK, approach with caution unless you are a fan |
** Instant bargain bin fodder | * Ugly. Just ugly
