SCHENKER PATTISON SUMMIT
'The Endless Jam Continues'
Mascot M7108-2(2005)

The second album from this project features 11 more covers and some great work. Guitarist Michael Schenker really needs no introduction, and vocalist Davey Pattison has sung with Robin Trower in Gamma.

'Rock Steady' kicks off preceedings, and 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' adds a nice touch.

And what is pleasant about this album is that while Schenker adds his touch, he doesn’t shred everything like some guitarists do, leaving plenty of soul in the tracks.

'The Hunter' is a real stand out, good old rhythm’n’blues with a real kick up the ass.

The band is completed by Aynsley Dunbar and Tim Bogart, so there’s no shortage of talent.

Not one of Schenker’s best but still a thoroughly enjoyable set.
