COUNTERMINE 'Letters' CD single

Countermine have toured with many big names recently, including Blondie, Simple Mines and David Bowie. No bad start. And last year’s EP Smallest Fears did well too.

This single is set to do much the same; it’s middle of the road pop/rock that’s pretty inoffensive and comes with a decent tune. Both piano and guitar led, the vocalist has a decent upper range. Imagine if U2 hadn’t appeared during the new wave era, in a much toned form.

It is a lovely tune - well written, but not something to rock out to.
